What we hold
Your email address, and your name if you gave it. If you applied to be featured, whatever you wrote in the form. That’s the lot.
How you got on the list
Double opt-in only. You typed your address and then confirmed it from your inbox. We keep the consent record, as UK GDPR requires.
Who else sees it
Our email platform, which stores data in the UK or EU. Nobody else. The list is never sold, rented, swapped or shared with sponsors.
Leaving
Every email has an unsubscribe link that works first time. To have everything deleted, write to privacy@barninsider.com — done within 30 days, usually the same week.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability — the standard UK GDPR set. Same address. If we disappoint you, the ICO is at ico.org.uk.
